Shipping Executive
Job Description
Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.
Responsible for full set export document preparation.
Responsible for the shipment from its origin country until to the destination warehouse.
Propose innovative ways to improve service and cost, from both technological and process improvements.
To follow up the shipping processes documents, controls of freight payment, audit system and ensure all document, processes and controls are updated.
Efficiently responsive to customer's requirement that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requuirement are met.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation/equivalent.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent for this position.
