Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Coordinate and implement company Sustainable Energy Management’s domain project/task for Mechanical/Electrical System as aligned with company energy policy and roadmap
Ensure completion of each energy saving’s project of company short term and long term target
Identify hiccup/potential risk and implement necessary contingency plan when required
Define Multiple input mathematical modelling for each Mechanical/Electrical System (Performance curve, lifespan, asset uptime and etc).
Develop best practice procedure from the defined mathematical model in handling Mechanical/Electrical system within plant’s operation
Sketch relevant Mechanical/Electrical System’s floor plan and schematic drawing
Communicate and present the progress of Sustainable Energy Management System’s domain project/task implementation
Continuous improvement/Kaizen on system performance, optimize resources consumption and justified ROI/simple payback.
Documentation (ISO 50001,AEMAS standard or equivalent)
Conduct Internal audit plant’s Sustainable Energy Management System within the group
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Process / Manufacturing / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 year (s) of working experience in related field/manufacturing plant is required for this position
Well verse in basic of Mechanical/Electrical/Process/Manufacturing/Chemical engineering’s principle is a must.
Acquantaincy with energy optimization pyramid and involve with respected activity beforehand
Acquantaincy in AutoCAD is required
Acquantaincy in ISO 50001 standard will be an added advantage.
Critical thinking, good problem solving skill and can work both independently or teamwork.
Adaptive to complexity of task and deliver on time.
