GCB Cocoa Côte d‘Ivoire

GCB Cocoa Côte d’Ivoire was established in 2018 and is located in San-Pédro, Côte d’Ivoire, with a cocoa grinding capacity of 60,000 MT. The cocoa bean processing facility has been completed and inaugurated in 2023. It draws on the Group’s expertise in the cocoa manufacturing sector to develop and expand the Group’s capabilities in Côte d’Ivoire to support our European markets.
As Côte d’Ivoire is the world’s largest cocoa-producing country, the facility will allow the Group to be closer to our farmers than we have ever before and to increasingly implement sustainability programmes directly, sourcing cocoa beans directly from the farmers and improving their livelihoods.
